Refunds & Cancellation

Vairal is free to try before you pay anything, so you can find out whether it works for you without spending money. If a payment still went wrong, here is exactly what happens.
Cancelling a plan
You can cancel any time from your account, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next renewal — your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, and you keep everything you made with it. There is no cancellation fee.
When we refund in full
- You were charged twice for the same thing, or charged after cancelling.
- You paid for a plan and it never activated on your account.
- Vairal was broken for a sustained stretch of your billing period and you could not use what you paid for.
- You paid by mistake and tell us within 7 days, having used little or none of the plan's tokens.
When we usually cannot refund
- You have already used most of the month's tokens — that AI work has been paid for and cannot be taken back.
- You changed your mind late in a billing period. Cancel instead, and it will not renew.
- An AI result was not what you hoped for. Vairal shows what a clip cost before it runs and tells you when a cut landed badly, so you can check before spending more.
Even here, write to us. If your case is genuinely unfair we would rather sort it out than argue about a rule.
How to ask
Email deathh2006@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the date and amount. The help button inside the app works too. We reply within 2 working days.
How long the money takes
Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method — we cannot send it anywhere else. Razorpay typically returns it to your bank or card in 5–7 working days. UPI refunds are often faster. We do not deduct anything from an approved refund.
Failed payments
If money left your account but the payment failed, it is normally reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 working days without anyone doing anything. If it has not come back after that, email us with the date and amount and we will chase it with Razorpay.
